Brief:
This was a garden room on a tight budget but with a few whacky design elements, such as the round window looking out into the garden.
We put forward a fully comprehensive package here including demolishing an existing concrete building and making good. The client now has an insulated outside bedroom and ensuite, also used for storage and appliances.
Budget was a constraint on this project, so we worked with the client to put forward low value options of cladding, doorsets, and finish without compromising on the structural quality of the building. A few rolls of wallpaper later and it looks great.
