It's a good question - we don't actually know ourselves as we have never heard of one of our garden rooms falling to bits as yet!
Our rooms are made from a 'double-skin' treated studwork construction similar to what you would find in your home. We also use quality interior fitout materials, a non-perishing epdm roof, and recommend long lasting cladding options such as Larch or Cedar which wont degrade over the years. We will also inform you of any treatment or maintenance that may be needed, although mostly there isn't much.
You can expect your garden room to last you a good 20 years assuming of course you look after it.
