Brief:
A small insulated home office for a narrow plot in Godalming. At only 2.5m wide, it is the smallest garden room we have done, but the client has comfortably fitted two desks in there and now uses it as a full time workplace.
On this job we demolished and disposed of the existing shed and put in steel groundscrews to support the new building. The LED downlights in the canopy are controlled by a PIR sensor, its always good to have a canopy over a home office to give some protection from the elements as you open up.
