Can I have a toilet / basin / shower / kitchenette in my garden room? Absolutely. Our buildings are structured to allow waste and water pipes through the cavity, and we will always work with a qualified local plumber to create your outdoor space.
There are a number of things to look out for in this field; you may need permission and building control compliance in order to dispose of foul waste in a main drain. If the garden room is some distance away we may need to install a saniflo pump in order to carry the waste. This may in turn require some groundworks to install the necessary pipework.
